Deep Tissue or Sports Massage Deep in the areas you need most to relieve tension. Some clients only need deep work in the neck and shoulders; others need it in multiple areas. This will be determined during the session.

Cellulite Fascia Treatment
A favorite, targeted treatment begins with massage to determine areas where Fascia has been changed. A Fascia tool will help break up adhesions and allow the tissue to reconstitute and smooth out bumps and lumps. This wonderful treatment will also benefit the skin's elasticity and help tone those troubled areas.
It is recommended to do frequent sessions for faster results and, once improvement is visible, to come in for a boost to the needed areas. This is especially good as an add-on to a Facial. RF and LED for Cellulite Reduction can also be added onto a massage for areas such as the outer/inner thighs or stomach.
Lymphatic Massage: Long massage movements move swelling out of the troubled areas so blood can start flowing and healing again.
